UK trade mission to Oslo
by Webmaster, 23.08.2010
In late September a UK trade mission led by the BPI will arrive in Oslo.
The object of the mission led by the BPI in conjunction with UKTI and the British Embassy Oslo, is to introduce 15-20 British companies (labels, indie marketers, managers, etc) to the Nordic markets and in turn introduce the companies from the five markets, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden to the UK market.
In addition, the aim is to offer each company attending the opportunity to have a general networking and one to one business meetings with the other companies. This is a great opportunity to bring like minded people together at relatively little expense to help them develop their business and something that might develop into an annual event.
The event will include panels that will deal with issues such as licensing, distribution, live, touring and mobile/digital.
