In 2010 the exhibition is organized for the second time in Copenhagen. The date is October 27th to 31st. Like last year, the Norwegian stand will be associated with the other Nordic stands. But the event has been moved to Forum Copenhagen. We hope many Norwegian industry professionals will take advantage of this great opportunity for marketing and networking.

Information Folder – Music Export Norway will as usual print a company folder, in the form of a mini-booklet, with information about companies and artists associated with the Norwegian WOMEX stand. MIC, Norwegian Music Information Center, will make a more general information leaflet that presents what is happening in the Norwegian tradition and world music scene. The presentations of the Norwegian companies and the relevant articles will be posted on MIC’s English websites.

Fair – We have reserved a joint Nordic stand in a key area in the exhibition hall. We will offer a stand that provides the best opportunities both to distribute information materials, arranging meetings and smaller events.

Other facilities - Information desk, information services, meeting tables, information leaflet, internet access and refreshments served at the stand. We will also try to have a Nordic brunch. This was a very popular event last year.

Anyone who registers for WOMEX will get a free one year membership of Virutal WOMEX, the  WOMEX industry database.

Registration
Registration before September 1st "smart rate": Registration fee including 1 person NOK 2500, -. NOK 2000, - pr. Extra pers.

Registration between September 1st and October 7th: Registration fee including 1 person NOK 3500, -.NOK  2.500, - pr. Extra pers.

Registrations later than September 3rd will not be included in the printed WOMEX directory.

All prices exclusive VAT

Registration is binding and will not be forwarded to WOMEX before the entire registration fee is paid. The Norwegian stand’s facilities may only be used by delegates registered trough Music Export Norway. If you have already registered for WOMEX through other channels, it is possible to take advantage of the Norwegian stand and its facilities for a management fee. One cannot transfer one company registration to another company. There will be an additional fee for name changes.
