Envy to perform at NSR

Norwegian rap group Envy will perform at the important hip hop/R&B event New Skool Rules.
New Skool Rules is Europe’s largest 3-day HipHop and R&B conference, held in Rotterdam. Apart of the conference, which includes interesting panels about specific markets and relevant industry issues, New Skool Rules offers showcases and afterparties.
This year, Norwegian rap group Envy has been invited to perform. Envy also gained much attention at this year’s by:Larm in Oslo, and manager Amanuel Kidane is excited about the New Skool Rules showcase.
- We deem it important to prove that Envy can compete and shine on an international level on an event such as New Skool Rules. Being at the same event as internationally known artists will allow us experience the standard, and observe what aspects we need to work on in order to reach that level. In addition, being at an international convention will be a great opportunity to strengthen our international network, he comments.
Other hip hop names that have been confirmed for New Skool Rules are amongst others Bishop Lamont, DJ Tony Touch, Rock City and famous MTV host Sway.
